Case Overview
This case involved a treatment plan for the plaintiff’s teeth. The plaintiff alleged the treatment plan was overboard, that the fillings were not required, and that the fillings provided exposed the pulp in the teeth requiring endodontic treatment. The defense attorney and experts wanted to show the different stages of cavities (caries) and how they could progress into more problematic infections if not treated. The jury found in favor of the defense.
