MEDICAL LEGAL MODELING + 3D PRINTING
Utilizing films and feedback from experts, IV can create case-specific computer-based 3D models. Thanks to the latest 3D printing technology, the data can be converted into physical reproductions of the models. These models can, among other things, be used to demonstrate medical procedures (e.g., catheterization of blood vessels) and perform size comparisons (e.g., comparing tumor sizes or the size of a prematurely born infant to that of a regular newborn).
