Case Overview:
The plaintiff presented complaining of dizziness. She was treated for an inner ear issue, as dizziness is caused by multiple problems within the inner ear. A few months later she was diagnosed with a brain tumor in an area of the brain that had nothing to do with the ear and/or balance. The attorney and experts used the illustrations to explain how the inner ear works with balance and the structures of the brain related to the location of the tumor. The jury found in favor of the defense.
